The Ram

This is a very good drill for someone to improve there endurance, agility, speed, conditioning and dribbling. This is an individual drill.

Instructions

Start at the base line. Then dribble to the elbow as fast as you can then come back to the base line, then go to the half court then go back, then go to the elbow at the other end of the court and come back to the base line, then go to the end of the court and do a lay-up. Do this about 20-30 times a day, and 3-4 times a week. If you want you could start at the left side of the hoop and do left handed or start at the right side to do left handed layup.

Tips

Don’t slack go full speed and dont work on only one hand go with your weak hand for a change it will really improve your weak side.
