One player stands underneath the rim to the left a bit and the other to the right a bit. Whoever has the ball in their hand dribbles up the full court with agression and speed and layups it. The other person runs full court with him and gets ready for rebound. When he gets the rebound he then runs under the rim and does a full court agressive and speedy layup in the other direction. The other player runs in the other direction to get the rebound. and its continous.
