Numbers

Good for a warm-up or a beginners drill.

Instructions

Number your team from 1 to however many you’ve got. Get them running around a marked area wherever they want to go, half court is a good size. Introduce a ball and start on 1 and pass the ball up the number line, when you get to the end start again. Have them call out there number when its their turn to recieve the ball to get there communication going.

Variations

Get them doing all the different passes or a specific pass depending on what you want to do, also you can introduce two or more balls.

Skills

Passing and awareness.
