  1. Stretch
  2. Run one mile
  3. Practice in paint
  4. Shoot 100 foul shots
  5. Shoot mid-range
  6. Shoot 3 pointers
  7. Bench press 4 sets of whatever
  8. Incline bench 4 sets of whatever
  9. Jump as high as you can 4 sets of 20
  10. Toe ups 4 sets of 30
  11. Leg press 4 sets of 15
  12. Defensive slides go all out for 1 min

Variations

You can take the weights and split them up from the shooting and defensive slides.

RUN ONE MILE EVERY DAY!!!
