Giorgio’s Pass ‘n Hit

Instructions

One offensive-team player starts out with the ball in the centreline-circle. The rest of the offensive-team finds a spot somewhere on the court.

The defensive-team tries to deny the ball from the offensive-players.

When the defensive team has a steal or when the ball goes out of bounds, the offensive team starts their offense over in the centreline-circle.

The offensive-team must try to score as many as possible in either one of the two baskets, starting from the centerline-circle. Before a scoring attempt, the offensive-team must pass the ball (at least) …x… times. This goes on for …x… minutes, then both teams switch (offense to defense).

Tips

  • Make 2 equal teams.
  • Let the defenders press, trap and deny (overplay) the offensive-players.
