Defensive suislides

Suicides in defensive stance.

Instructions

Have players get into defensive stance across the baseline. Once all players are set with backs straight and butts low, the whistle blows for the players to defensive slide from baseline to free throw line and so on… Same as running a suicide.

Suislides can be done half or full court
