A passing and shooting drill up the court.

Instructions

*4 lines, base line corner, 1/4 court level with foul line, 1/2 way on same side as base, 1/4 level with other foul line. *Runs with 2 balls *Always follow the pass *Run it at speed.

Base line player passes it up to the 1/4 player and follows the pass. He in turn goes to half player and follows. he goes to other 1/4 and follows. He shoots the ball, follows his shot in and gets the rebound. once he has the rebound he dribbles all the way up the other end of the court going the opposite side to the lines. he shoots again and gets his rebound again. he passes to the base line again. hopefully the 2nd ball is already half way up the court.

Variations

*Switch the drill to the opposite side of the court and run it left handed. *Throw in a third and even forth and see how frantic the pase gets
