Bingo

Line all your players up on the endline and give them all a number (1-12 or as many players as you have ) they must remember. They then lie on their stomachs while you, the coach stand at center court with a ball. Call any two of the numbers out loud and toss the ball up. First to the ball is offense, other plays defence.

Variations

Can do it from a standing start.
Can use more than 2 numbers for 2on2, etc.

Tips

Players must constantly be attentive in case their number is called.
