A layup drill forcing you to use both hands.

Instructions

Start with one basketball under the basket and dribble to the elbow. Make a 90 degree turn and dribble to the other elbow. Make another 90 degree turn and dribble to the basket to make a layup.

Variations

Do different moves at each turn.

Tips

Make sure the players are using correct form and encourage them to try it even if the miss or it feels different.
