Post up pass

A great play for teams from U/14 and up.

Instructions

You can either have a defensive and an offensive team or you can run it with only a offensive team. You have 2 offensive players on ether wing and a point guard. Also you will need two people on the low and high post. The point guard runs the drill and chooses which way he passes. If he passes to the person on the left wing then the person on the post will go to the low post and the other post up player will go to the high post and then the point guard will cut through the key drawing his defender and then the low post will fake pass and then the high posted player will cut then the low post player will pass to him and the make the lay up. If this does not work you can kick the ball out and re-set up

Tips

Take this drill slowly at first and slowly gain speed.

Skills

Posting up, layup/shooting, fake pass, and rebounding.
