Helps big men with their layups and footwork.
Player starts on one block (we’ll say he starts from the right block). The player shoots a layup. He then gets his rebound and takes a reverse left handed layup. He continues to do this (right, left, and so on) until the coach says stop.
You can make it so the player has to hit a certain number of shots in a row or he will have to start over.
Shooting, footwork.
At least 1 player and 1 ball
a block is when you block a persons out or try to get the ball first.
