Improves your jumping!!!!!
Take a board about 3-5 feet long and 2-3 inches high and put the top of your foot on the board and raise your-self up on your tippy toes and hold for 1 second (do slowly) and repeat 20 times a day!!!!
Get a bigger board!!!!
If you feel a pain that is good!!!!

it works well I guess but it takes other drills along with that.ok idea
I dont get it. Do you strap the board to your foot then do calf raises or what??

good idea it really works I have big posts jumping higher than some of my guards..wow!
