Yo-yo

A drill to deceive and commit the defense.

As you plant your outside foot to change direction you use a low crossover dribble from right to left and left to right and speed up dribbling the ball waist high as you approach the next cone. Continue until you reach the last cone then take up a lay-up shot.

The reason you suck and you think this site gives ppl false hope is because you yourself do not want to put the effort into becoming a better player. Until you WANT to be a better player you will be nothing more than a half-hearted gym rat. You know the guy who wears the sweatbands and calls all the dumb fouls that a real person does not worry with b/c stuff happens.
