Do these drills with only the left hand for 2 weeks then switch to the right hand

Left hand dribble (5 min)
Thru the left leg, Hi (3 min )
Left hand butterlfy (3 min)
Inside out dribbles (3 min)
V dribbles (3 min)
Side V dribbles (3 min)
Windmill around both legs (3 min)
V dribble between legs (3 min)
Behind the back (3 min.)
Defense dribble (3 min twice)
Between legs, behind back (3 min)
Kneeling dribbling (3 min)
Scissors dribbling (3 min)
It may get boring at first but you will see a difference in about a month.

this is a good program, but how do you do these drills? You might want to add that for some of te less obvious ones.
