Shadow

Increases you ballhandling with easy moves and doesn’t take a court to do it.

Instructions

Go anywhere that has enough space to dribble. Turn on the lights and take a lamp or any other source of light and aim it towards you. Look at your shadow the whole time and attempt to beat the shadow or shake the shadow as if it was a person. Do various of moves like inside outs, right and left; crossovers; around the back; hesitations; between the legs crossover; and spin moves when you are ready to do so.

IT SHOULD BE DONE ATLEAST 10 min. a DAY.

Variations

Try using wrist waits to increase your wrist strenght and speed.

Tips

Really go at your shadow like it was a person don’t hold back. Be as agressive as possible.
