Scare your defender. Very difficult move.

Make your defender choke so you can get by with ease.

Instructions

You take your strong hand and almost throw the ball in front of you.. as it is coming around redirect the ball towards the back of you and catch it from behind you in the same hand you started with. (This move may be a bit hard to pull of without getting an airing call, but practice and you will scare your defender so he will put his hands up and let you have a chance to get by him).

Variations

Once you have the move down try throwing it around you and instead of catching it on your hand you started with make it go between your legs from the back.

Tips

You probably won’t pull the move off your first time so just hang in their and you will eventually get it.

Players

1 dribbler to start then once they have the move down throw in a defender.

This is nothing more than a streetball move. This is perfect for a guy trying to join the And 1 Mix tape Tour, but in real basketball you may pay the price for your stupidity. If there are any REAL coaches looking at this site PLEASE do not teach this to your players.
