Steve Nash used to do this, so it works if you keep doing it.
Grab 2 tennisballs. If you are outside or just walking around anywhere where you are capable of dribbling a ball, alternate dribbling hands with both of the tennisballs. If you do this for hours a day, you will have mad ballhandling skills.
