You stand up with your hands at your sides.
You have someone place the ball on your lower
neck upper back and when ever they want they
let go of the ball. You then as fast as you can
clap in front and try to grap the ball before it
hits the ground.
This is a great drill to do. This drill will help your players to improve their quickness and speed with their hands. It was one done by Pistol Pete.
